OUR HOME IS CLOSE TO MINITAS BEACH AND ALL THE AMENITIES CASA DE CAMPO OFFERS, AS IT IS LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE RESORT.
PARADISE FOR GOLFERS AND THE WHOLE FAMILY!!
Las Toronjas 1 is a uniquely designed, airy and opened to nature villa. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.
As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole.
The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole.
We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental. Dinner, personal ironing and laundry can be provided at a nominal fee to be arranged directly with the staff, as can be arranged with any other services our guests might need.

Our family stay at Hilda's villa was exceptional. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. Private, tranquil, and conveniently located to access every amenity at Casa de Campo.The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and professional—making our stay effortless and truly special. Selini and Ivan consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as stress-free and memorable as possible. Hilda is an equally impressive host. From the moment we booked our stay, she was super responsive and helpful. The pride she has in her property and as a premier host to ensure every detail was thoughtfully handled is unmistakable. We had an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We will be back!

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out for our family. Quiet and comfortable, and easy to get around the resort. The staff were very helpful and kind. We would definitely return to this relaxing and spacious home.

This was truly an amazing trip and without question our favorite villa in Casa de Campo after 4 visits. The location is absolutely perfect. Centrally located and just minutes from every amenity the resort offers. The house itself is perfection with a wide open golf course view that feels both peaceful and expansive. The outdoor spaces are beautifully designed, plentiful, and became our favorite place to gather morning through night.We stayed as 2 families and had more than enough room to spread out comfortably while still feeling connected. The layout and flow of the home are ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.Ivan and the staff were outstanding in every way. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was excellent across the board and made the entire experience effortless and indulgent. Hilda coordinated everything seamlessly from start to finish with incredible communication and attention to detail. Every request was handled quickly and thoughtfully.Thanksgiving 2025 was an overwhelming success as a family vacation and this home played a huge role in that. We made unforgettable memories here and cannot wait to return. If you are considering this villa, book it with confidence. It is truly something special.
