About this villa rental
This villa comfortably sleeps a maximum of 12 adult guests. The pool has a removable fence which can be installed with ease for those traveling with small children and want to avoid the headache of easy access to the pool! We also have a playgym in the backyard for your littles to use and enjoy during your stay! Free high speed WiFi. Crib, Pack n Play, highchair available at your request (subject to fee).

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en-suite full bath.
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, en suite full bath.
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, en suite full bath.
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath.
-Bedroom 5: 1 king bed, en suite full bath.
KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 12 people.
INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The entire villa is under AC.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Dining table with umbrella and seating for 8 people.
-Outdoor BBQ
STAFF:
-2 full time staff (1 housekeeper/cook, 1 butler/gardener) who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Off of the backside of the kitchen is an additional service kitchen, private maid’s quarters area with bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.
LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LOS LAGOS 95
Walking distance to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club. Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more.
RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age
This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

We stayed here for a week with two families and two toddlers and had a blast. The staff did an amazing job and were both so nice and lovely. The food they cooked was excellent. We loved having a pool and the playground in the backyard and the location is close to the beach which was a huge plus with young kids. We would definitely come back!

Property owner was awesome, very responsive and incredibly helpful for a 'needy' visitor....the house and staff was perfect, we felt very much at home.....highly recommend!!!
