CASA DE CAMPO ENTRANCE FEE
Since Casa de Campo is a private resort, access is limited to villa owners and their guests, as well as guests of the Casa de Campo hotel. In general, entry to Casa de Campo is free, but for certain visitors there is a “registration fee.” Here’s everything you need to know.
What is it?
The resort registration fee is a charge that visitors who have rented private homes or apartments must pay to gain access to Casa de Campo and use the resort’s facilities. This fee is not new.
How much does it cost?
$ 25 per adult per night (adults = everyone over 12)
$ 12 per child per night (children aged 4 to 12)
FREE – Children under 4 years old
This registration fee applies to short-term rentals of up to one month.
Is there still a villa registration fee?
No, there isn’t anymore. Instead of the per-villa registration fee, the new fee structure is based on a per-person basis, intended to cover not only access to the resort but also the use of various facilities, security, landscaping, etc. There is no group fee or fee based on villa type—each person must be registered under their own name.
Who must pay the registration fee?
Essentially, those staying in a privately rented villa must pay the registration fee.
Do guests at the Casa de Campo hotel have to pay the registration fee?
No, this is already included in their pricing structure.
Does the family of a homeowner have to pay the registration fee?
No. Children, parents, and in-laws of homeowners are exempt from the registration fee and are entitled to their own automatic vehicle pass and Casa de Campo ID for access to Casa de Campo and its facilities.
Do the personal guests of villa owners have to pay the registration fee?
No, guests of villa owners do not have to pay the registration fee, although they must follow the appropriate registration procedures.
Where and when is this resort registration fee charged?
The resort registration fee is charged to eligible guests before they enter Casa de Campo. Payment is made at the Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club, located at the main guest entrance (La Puerta / Main Entrance).
Check-in for late or very early arrivals
The Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with extended hours on special occasions. All visitors arriving during these hours may check in and gain immediate access to Casa de Campo. If you arrive late or early, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can arrange for a Villa Owners Club concierge to meet you, complete your registration, and provide you with your ID cards.
What does the registration fee include?
Each registered person will receive an ID card detailing the dates of their stay—after which the card will no longer be valid or accepted. This ID card will be issued to the person named on the card and grants access to the resort as well as various facilities, including:
• Personalized service courtesy of the Villa Owners’ Club concierges to coordinate transportation and make reservations at restaurants, sports facilities, and activities, including:
• Equestrian Center
• Shooting Range
• Tennis Courts
• Cygalle Healing Spa
• Access to golf courses and advance reservations at applicable rates.
• Use of the fitness center at preferential rates as a villa owner
• Use of towels and lounge chairs at the pool in the hotel’s main area and at Minitas Beach
• Use of complimentary on-site transportation as a hotel guest
• Rental of golf carts for transportation within the resort, subject to availability
• Access to discounts, special offers, and promotions for individual rental guests at the hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities, and activities.
• Access to services at Central Romana Medical Center
What happens if the registration fee is not paid?
If the registration fee is not paid, unregistered guests will not be allowed to enter Casa de Campo. Please note that security procedures at the Casa de Campo entrance have recently been modified (To read more about the new security procedures, click here) – To gain access, you must use your electronic pass, present your Casa de Campo ID, or show any other form of identification, which security personnel will use to verify your access authorization through the computer database at the entrance checkpoints.
Access to the Complex’s Facilities
To access and use the Casa de Campo facilities, you must present your Casa de Campo ID, hotel ID, or registered guest ID. Visitors attempting to use the facilities without proper identification will be denied access.
