Villa Vivero 13 is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, the Dominican Republic.
Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.
Since the resort’s opening in 1974 as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.
This incredible 7,000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pools at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.
La Romana airport is located five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located about a 45-minute drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

THE SPACE:
Villa Vivero 13 is a lovely 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 2-story villa, completely renovated and remodeled with all new indoor-outdoor furniture in the fall of 2023. The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxed vacation in the Caribbean!
The first thing you see when you come through the beautiful double front door at Villa Vivero 13 is the grand entrance hall with double-height ceilings.
The open living- and dining area is the heart of the villa with stunning 23 ft. ceilings and windows that give you plenty of natural light. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofas, chairs, and a TV. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably and is a great place to enjoy your “formal” dinners.
Next to the living-, dining areas, there is a second living room with comfortable sofas, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. This living room can be closed off from the main living- and dining room and is perfect if you need a more quiet space to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need AND the villa includes a private cook who will cook all your meals during your vacation (food and beverages are not included).
Slide open the large terrace doors in the living- and dining areas and step out on the outdoor terrace and pool area. The outdoor space was renovated and updated in 2023. The large, covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and a TV area with comfortable sofas. The pool, pool deck, and Jacuzzi were completely redone to give this outdoor space a contemporary and clean look while maintaining the privacy and surrounding tropical landscape.
This is the perfect place to sunbathe, swim and relax. The pool area also has an outdoor shower.
In the front of the villa, there is also a green lawn area with trees and palm trees where kids can run and play.

VILLA STAFF:
Cook: Your private Spanish-speaking cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

First, can’t wait to return next year and the year after that and so on! We have been coming to Casa de Camp for 10 years. This has surpassed any other experience. We arrived early and our house manager accommodated us since we arrived before check in. All our needs were met from golf carts to food service to housekeeping and any questions we needed answered, our house manager Enrique had our questions answered within minutes. No request too big!!! No question too hard!!!!We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at vivero 13. This place was exactly like the listing. The space was beautiful and clean. The staff was the best part. They were so nice and friendly and we loved them so much. They made our stay for sure. The indoor and outdoor space was a perfect oasis and get location close to the beach and other hotel facilities. We would 100% go back and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the next vacation!

We have stayed at this villa in the past and the renovations are fantastic. Unfortunately, there are a few “issues”.
The outside area is especially nice, but it would be nicer if there were a few ceiling fans to keep the mosquitos and flies away.
We experienced some problems with the water. There were numerous occasions when there was no water in several of the bathrooms.
Potential renters should be notified that they can not flush toilet paper. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and villas in Casa De Campo and have never had this restriction.
Potential renters should be made aware that there are charges for doing laundry. Again, we’ve never encountered a separate charge for laundry in all the years we’ve stayed in Casa De Campo.
Hard to believe that with all the improvements and with smart TV’s that there’s no cable provided.
On the positive side, the staff was very good. Daisy and Sofia were very nice and did a great job keeping the villa clean. Victor was an excellent cook.

Villa was rustic but had charm. Ample space for 9 adults. House staff was wonderful! Resort was stupid expensive after paying 6k for the Villa and then all the resort fees on top of that. Read the fine print and ask questions before you book.
