We open the doors of our home in the best way we know, and ask you to treat it as you would your own home.
Things may not always go perfectly; hence we ask for understanding and communication. We are here to resolve any inconvenience and address any questions or problems as quickly as possible.
The villa has an open tropical design to take advantage of the breezes, so there is no air conditioning or mosquito nets in the common areas.
Being surrounded by tropical gardens, you might encounter salamanders and other small insects that coexist with the house, which we cannot control. The villa is regularly fumigated to avoid pests.
We like our home to be a gathering point, so there is no TV in the living room, but you have a television on the terrace for enjoying Netflix or sports events.
Towels at the villa are only for pool use. For Minitas Beach or the hotel pool, there is a free towel pickup point.
We ask our guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise and music at moderate levels, especially during rest hours. The villa is in a quiet area and surrounded by a friendly community.
The villa has a washing machine and dryer, which can be operated by the staff. Reasonable use for clothing is allowed. Please be cautious with delicate or colorfast items; we cannot be responsible for any potential damage.
Please remember that the use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk and that they are NOT fenced, so be cautious with children and slippery surfaces.

It is possible to rent golf carts for moving around the resort (not included in the price).
We offer personalized recommendations for services, from trusted taxi drivers to boat rentals or villa events. Feel free to ask!

Casa de Campo is a private resort with restricted access to owners and guests. The registration fee is a charge that tenants of private villas and apartments must pay to access the resort and its facilities - updated rates from Feb 2026:

FREE for children under 4

We can't say enough about our wonderful stay at this villa. Claudia was so responsive and made our stay extra special in her beautiful home. The location was great and the staff was exceptional. A vacation to remember for sure! Thank you!

The host, Claudia, was extremely responsive. The house is amazing. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and relaxed.

The Villa has lovely designs and very comfortable outdoor seating and the bedrooms are quite comfortable! We have been coming here for decades and the owner Claudia is the best at responding to any inquiries. The staff Emma and Ivy are not only friendly but real professionals and maintain the Villa at a very high standard. 5 Stars!!

Before I booked LP 13 I had several questions which Angel promptly answered. After I booked I dealt mostly with his partner Lissie who answered all of my questions before we arrived and during our stay. This is very important to me and the responses were prompt and courteous. They helped with airport transportation and stocking the villa with food and drinks. The villa is really nice and is accurately depicted in the pictures. Our favorite area was the back porch, serene and very tropical. The staff of Rosa and Dama were truly excellent. They catered to my familys needs and knew just what we liked in a couple of days. They made great food and kept the house perfectally. Bottom line is the villa was great and the service from the owners and the villa staff was tremendous. Would stay again for sure.
