NEW, Private Pool, FREE Golf Carts, Blocks from Beach, 5-bedrooms, FREE Bikes

If you are looking for a great place that’s hidden from the Island craziness but close enough to everything that the Island has to offer. This is your place. It was our second year renting and it was a 5/5 for second year. Love all the amenities along with the golf carts. Thanks again.

The property itself was perfect for our first visit to SSI. We had nine adults and three children in our party. The house was well stocked and provided for our every need. Its location was excellent. Every place we visited on the island was a short golf cart ride away. We definitely took advantage of the golf carts provided. The kiddos especially loved our golf cart adventures. When we arrived our code to unlock the front door did not work. I called our host, and he resolved the issue immediately. The only reason I did not give the property a five star rating was because of cleanliness. I will say that the most personal areas (kitchen counters, sink, appliances, etc. and the bathrooms) were clean. However, when I was unpacking in the children's room where the bunk beds were located, I found a dozen empty beer cans and actually a partial beer in the closet. Additionally, the floors of the screened in porches were dirty. Our feet would get black on the bottom if we spent much time out there. However, after experiencing several thunderstorms with heavy downpour, I could certainly understand why the floors would be difficult to keep clean. I just think they should have been clean upon arrival. Lastly, there were a lot of pool and beach toys in the garage for us to enjoy. However, they were just piled up and difficult to get to. My son actually straightened them up before we left. The garage could be organized in a way that would be user friendly.

House was in a great location and accommodations were amazing. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was incredible. Super clean, nothing more we could have asked for.
