We offer a full foot of 60m² within a typical farmhouse of the region that can accommodate 4 people and a baby.

Property is in a lovely massive square courtyard of old stables. The house was quiet with only birds and cows making any noise. Situation is near all the war sites. Great boulangerie, Trot restaurant best for many miles / kilometres. Tre bon. C'est tout!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. After a warm welcome from our host, Karin, we spent three very comfortable nights at this fantastic location. The cottage was well equipped, it had very comfortable beds and a lovely outside space within the working farm’s courtyard to sit out and relax. It was perfectly placed for our visits to Bayeux, the D-Day beaches and many other places. We would happily stay at this cottage again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Karin.

This property is really great. The pictures don’t show how spacious it actually is. It was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The farm is beautiful, with a lovely view, and it was fun to visit the cows. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The farm itself is so clean, it’s just a beautiful spot. Easy check in, well located for D-Day touring. Karine is welcoming. We wanted to extend our stay.

Was hard to find as the location on VRBO did not correctly locate the house, but the owner met us and helped us find the right location. Super clean small apartment on a working dairy farm. Quiet farm location, but close to highway and Utah Beach, Museums, etc. Would recommend the property.

Part of an impressive set of farm buildings, this lovely gite has good quality equipment and comfortable beds. It looks out onto the impressive courtyard of a working farm. The overall setting is rural and very beautiful, set on a quiet lane, mid-way between Formigny & Trevieres. It provides an excellent base for exploring the charming historic town of Bayeux, and the stunning Normandy beaches which are only minutes away by car. Lots of interesting history, wildlife and amazing scenery. After long ways out sight-seeing, the gite was a welcome, peaceful haven to return to. Our host was welcoming and very helpful, with a detailed knowledge of what to see and do in the area. We loved staying here and hope to return one day. Mark, Jane & Dan

Peaceful rural setting not far from the beaches of Normandy. Even though tucked away on a rural road, access to the highway was easy and quick and Bayeux was less than 20 minutes. Very nice quarters. tastefully decorated, all accouterments furnished including access to washer, dryer, and bicycles. Roomy with plenty of space for four. Karine was most hospitable, responded quickly to inquiries, and helped with suggestions for shopping and meals. Good internet connection and for those who do not speak French, one can log into Netflix on the tv. Would heartily recommend and will stay again if the opportunity returns.

We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful, two bedroom apartment with modern conveniences. It is located on an ancient farm, where the ambiance is calm and peaceful. The owners live onsite and are very helpful. They were very helpful and took care of whatever we needed. We highly recommend their place. WWII battle site, Omaha Beach, is not far away, and it is easily accessible. People in the local villages were very receptive and friendly.

We are a family of four, with children (10 and 12 years old), from the Netherlands. The accommodation is very clean with a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a cosy living room. It situated at a biological farm, where the children could feed the chickens. We also get some eggs to take home with us. Karine is a very friendly host who also speaks good English. She gave us information and recommendations about (historical) places worth seeing. There is also a washing machine and dry cleaner present. So we didn't to take a lot of clothes with us. Omaha Beach and the US Cementary is less dan a 10-minutes drive by car. We also went to Point du Hoc, Utah Beach and Gold Beach, Also to D-Day Experience, Arromanches 360. Our highlights were the Airborn Museum (you really get worth for you money. Our kids loved this museum because they had a interactive tablet with them to take along the journey. The could also find reliks and make a selfy in military clothes to send by e-mail; and the other high light Le Mont Saint-Michel. This last one is a 1hour and 40 minute drive, but really worth visiting! So, we had a wonderfull and unforgetable stay in this beautiful accommodation, in a beautiful historical surrounding. Also from this summer, there will be a beautiful 12-person accommodation for rent at this beautiful place. Thank you so much Karine! And very kind of you that you will send our alarm clock (freely, but it is really not necessary) by mail back to Holland.
