About this house rental
The house was completely renovated in 2012 with quality services.
It has two levels, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a separate luxury kitchen, and a spacious living room with three bay windows that overlook a very beautiful panoramic sea view.
From the living room you access the east and south facing terrace. A second terrace is exposed West. The big advantage of the house is that whatever the season you get sunshine which allows you to sunbathe, even outside the summer periods, and therefore to have lunch outside.

The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a five-burner stove and an American fridge.
The small beach is accessible on foot by a private path to the residence where no car passes.
The setting is idyllic, very quiet, yet close to the center of Banyuls. 10 mins walk safely. All the bars, restaurants and shops and animation of a seaside town. The port is 300m away, as are rentals of sea kayaks, fishing trips, or mini cruises.
Banyuls is renowned for its wine and its numerous tasting cellars.
Collioure, the city of painters is 10km away.

A really lovely place to stay. We had plenty of space for four adults in three bedrooms. It was well-furnished, the wi-fi worked faultlessly, and special thanks to the owner's representative who welcomed us, and most particularly came very promptly indeed to deal with a small problem with one of the bathrooms - thank you!
We are highly likely to book this villa another time, especially as it represented very good value-for-money at the time we were there (first week of September).

This met our expectations of a Room with a View. The sun rose in oranges, yellows and streaks of red. The full moon rose over the Mediterranean, completely taking our breath away. Lovely setting for a Med vacation in November....even with the Mistral winds that nearly blew us away a few times. It was a wonderfu eperience!!
