About this house rental
The house is located in the private gated community 'Troc Pinell' and was completely renovated in 2003 and 2005 with exclusive facilities. You enter the house through a small courtyard, where you can set up a garden table to eat.
The house comprises two floors three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), a separate kitchen and a very spacious living room with two large glass sliding windows, the beautiful panoramic views of the wide Mediterranean and the small beach cove 'Troc Pinell 'offer. This bay, which can be down from the stairs from the house is within 5 minutes, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Likewise, lead directly from the house beautiful hiking trails along the coast.
The living room has access to the wind protected terrace (orientation South).
The kitchen is furnished to a high and is equipped among other things with modern induction and ceramic hob.
The small beach cove that is situated in a nature reserve and is therefore particularly protected, can be reached by a small private road without a car within five minutes. Because of their natural marine diversity of the bay is very suitable for snorkeling and diving.
The surrounding landscape is idyllic, very quiet, but still very close to the center of Banyuls (10 minute walk). Banyuls itself is a popular and busy seaside resort (3000 inhabitants) with many restaurants, bars and shops. The port of Banyuls is also in close proximity (500 meters), where there are shops to rent kayaks, diving equipment and boats. Fishing boat trips or mini cruises are also possible.
The house is about 40 minutes drive from Perpignan Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Barcelona and 1 hour 30 minutes from Girona. Ryanair flies to the airports to Perpignan and Girona.
The beautiful coastal towns of Port-Vendres and Collioure are just 15 and 25 minutes, the Spanish border in about 15 minutes.

Excellent place to stay: roomy, good outdoor seating, excellent equipment in kitchen and laundry. Good to have range of toys for the children. Top notch wi-fi too.
Only thing I would have liked was a change of towels and bedding at end of first week. We washed and dried them, but it took time out of other activities.
