Overlooking the harbor in a peaceful setting, this 4-bedroom house offers sea and mountain views.
A bright and relaxing environment, perfect for your holidays with family or friends.
Ideal location: Everything is within walking distance (stairs): the harbor is 4 minutes away, the beach, shops, restaurants, and pedestrian street are 8 minutes away, and a cove is 15-20 minutes away. Hiking trails are also nearby.
This 3-star rated house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. It is arranged into three distinct living areas across three floors to ensure everyone's privacy.

THE LIVING AREA (GROUND FLOOR): Light and Inviting
Open Kitchen & Sea View: A modern, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc.) for preparing meals while enjoying the open sea view.
Air-Conditioned Living Room (25 m²): A welcoming living room with a smart TV, board games, books, and a dining area for 8 people.
Terrace: Adjoining the living room, ideal for meals and relaxing moments overlooking the sea.
Bonus: A garage space is available for storing your leisure equipment (bikes, paddleboards, beach gear).
SLEEPING AREAS: Sea Views from Every Bedroom
The house has 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and each offering breathtaking views of the sea and coastline.
Lower Level:
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 cm) with a private loggia overlooking the sea and storage.
Bedroom 2: Sea view, two single beds (90 cm) and a desk area with storage.
Bathroom: Shower, anti-fog mirror, and separate toilet.
Lower Level:
Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 cm) with direct access to a terrace overlooking the sea and storage.
Bedroom 4: Sea view, queen-size bed (160 cm) with storage.
Second bathroom: Shower, anti-fog mirror, and separate toilet.
Laundry room: fully equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Relaxation Terrace: outdoor space with a gas barbecue/griddle and sun loungers for your summer evenings.

Between the nearby Biodiversarium, the little vineyard train to discover our hillsides, or a jet ski/diving excursion at the port, the days are as rich as they are varied.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy complete freedom with exclusive use of the house + a dedicated space in the garage. Parking is taken care of: a private space awaits you in front of the house, equipped with a free 7kW (Type 2) charging station for your electric vehicle. Parking for other vehicles is available on the adjacent streets.

For your comfort, we offer two options to book before your arrival and pay for on-site:
Serenity Package (Cleaning): €70 to enjoy your vacation until the very last minute.
Complete Linen Package: €15/person (includes: sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mat, and kitchen towels).
Note: If you do not choose the cleaning option, we ask that you leave the house as clean as you found it and empty the trash. A joint inventory will be taken upon arrival and departure.

Stunning location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Great day trips to surrounding towns and villages. Fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Carole and Christoph for a wonderful stay. Can’t recommend this accommodation enough!
