A kitchenette with a microwave handles self-catering comfortably, and the loggia with outdoor garden furniture frames those sea views perfectly — the kind of spot where evenings stretch naturally into night. Parking is available on-site.

Shared residence facilities include an outdoor pool and paddling pool open from early June to early October, two tennis courts, table tennis, and pétanque. The on-site diving club is available as a paid option — with the Banyuls/Cerbère marine reserve just off the coast, it's a genuinely exceptional spot for underwater exploration.

Banyuls is 7km away, and Spain is just 10km away, with watersports, sea fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and canyoning all easily accessible. Collioure, the wild Albères countryside, and the prehistoric walking circuits around Ker Roig add further reasons to explore. Barcelona sits around two and a half hours away for a longer day out.
