About this house rental
Spacious villa with private pool suited for 8 people.
Located just outside the centre of Banyuls-sur-Mer in a protected area you will benefit from restful holidays and at the same time be only 5 minutes away from the beaches of the Mediterranean see and the animation of the seaside town of Banyuls with his marina, small ancient streets and stairs, artists shops along the dock.
The pool of 10m by 4,4m has a shallow area in which you can lie down and contemplate the magnificent views on the mountains and vineyards.
The area is known for his sweet wine 'Banyuls' which you can savour on the terrace in the shade of the old olive tree.
Situated on a plot of 1300m2 and in a dead end street your children can play freely.
Amateurs of hiking, you will be seduced by the numerous walks in the area using the paths leading to the vineyards.
The interior of the house is realised in an authentic style with apparent timbers and open fireplace in the living room. The house has air conditioning (cooling/heating). There are 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms (shower or bad). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a laundry machine. Several cars can be parked on the private parking in front of the house and there is a garage too.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa! The fantastic pool was an absolute highlight and perfect for relaxing. The beautiful view made every day special and created a pure holiday feeling. The villa is very clean and offers an incredible amount of space, making you feel at home right away. We were particularly impressed by the surrounding area – there are great excursions for all ages, from relaxing walks to exciting activities for the whole family. The villa is definitely worth a visit.

We loved the rural setting and views at Mas Parer, we stayed during the vendemmia and it was nice to see the old terraces being harvested. The house is just a few miles from Banyuls-sur-Mer so very well located for the nearby beaches. We had a day trip to Spain and Cap de Ras which is really quite close in fact and like most of the beaches has excellent snorkelling. It is close enough to Banyuls to visit the patisserie every morning for fresh bread and delicacies.

Large and nice house in the mountains in a quiet location. The house is not directly adjacent to Banyuls-sur-mer, it is a bit away. We were a little disappointed that the pool was not full or cleaned. We found out that it was due to water restrictions. It would have been good if this had been communicated to us before our booking.

The house has a great layout with a good sized sitting room and bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen and several tables for indoors and outdoors eating.The pool was low due to the drought but still very usable and is due some maintenance. The only aspect of the house whch could be improved and updated is the showers, they are adequate but could be better. Information and help from the owners was excellent. The house is in a lovely situation with a great view of the hills behind. The price is fair and the home is really comfortable.
