About this house rental
Our House "Cap-Pinell" is beautifully situated directly on the sea. It is situated in the quiet gated community "Le Troc Pinell", away from the crowd and yet close from Banyuls center (15 minutes walk). The house is optimally divided for families with children and offers everything your heart desires: a spacious living space (about 110 m2), three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and exclusive amenities.

- A large private garden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a spacious living / dining area with direct access to wide balcony. Whether you sit inside or out, when you eat or glass of wine drinking, Mediterean & Middle East is your breathtaking scenery
- Direct access to the private shingle beach "crique du Troc Pinell" (3 minutes by footpath). The cove is located in the unique protected Meersereservat. Ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving! Experience the magical beauty of Mediterranean underwater world!

Banyuls is a pretty fishing village and a pleasant seaside resort with authentic character, nestled between sea and mountains. In the center, which can be reached in 15 minutes, you will find everything you need: supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. Let yourself be impregnated by the relaxed Mediterranean life Still: buy freshly caught fish, wines from Banyuls and Collioure, olives, fruit and vegetables at the local Viktualienmarkt one!
With 300 sunny days a year and with its enticing landscape have Banyuls and the region a lot to offer:
- Diving course, sailing course, boat rentals and fishing boat trips directly at the small port of Banyuls (500m)
- Visit the Aquarium / Biodiversarium
- Rewarding hikes and mountain bikes tours, with impressive views of the terraced vineyards and the sea
- Wine tasting in the numerous wineries

Banyuls is 40 minutes drive from Perpignan. From Perpignan Airport week fly different airlines like Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Air France, Volotea to London, Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin.
Shuttle from the airport to the bus station / Central Station or taxi service from Banyuls-sur-Mer.
Cheap airlines (Ryanair, Transavia) fly to Girona airport (100 km, 1 hour 20 minutes) or Barcelona airport (2 hours 30 minutes) u. A. Of several German and English cities.
If you do not arrive by car, we recommend you to rent a car to explore the many attractions of the region.

Wonderful ocean view. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Short distance to center of town. We were there in winter so it was very quiet ( we like that). I imagine it’s amazing in warmer months when more activity is going on. Owners and manager were very helpful and easy to correspond with. Highly recommend property in a beautiful and interesting area.

Stunning view of the sea and great location for hiking. Good choice of restaurants in town and access to food shops.We also enjoyed the many wine tasting opportunities and the wineries in town.

A beautiful home a a perfect location - we could have sat on the patio enjoying the amazing view all day long. We loved being able to walk into town and to the local beach or go on hikes. A perfect holiday home with wonderful and responsive owners - thank you David for the opportunity to enjoy this special corner of France - truly paradise

If you are planning a lengthy vacation stay, this is an excellent choice. The paddle board and Snorkel gear provided are very enjoyable and useful, especially if you have children who will be looking for something to do each day. They have two portable air conditioning units that can be used to refresh the rooms in the evenings if you will be there during the hot summer months, but it helped being right by the sea (not as warm as further in land)
