Newish Construction and Furniture (year 3)- only 10 houses to the beach and boardwalk! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, private garage. Sleeps 9 people comfortably. The beds are SOOOO COMFY!! Peaceful, beautiful, expansive deck with outdoor sofa, chairs, coffee table, and dining set. Sit outside for afternoon sun and coastal breezes. Full size brand new GE appliances including washer and dryer, fans in most rooms, 3 TVs and Comcast Cable & WIFI. Private parking plus garage. Beach toys, chairs, carts, and passes are included. This location is perfect for walks to local restaurants, shopping, beach, and boardwalk!

This beach house was stunning, clean, close to the beach and was fully stocked with baby gear! We were so thankful to spend the week here with our three small children and grandma. The baby gate kept the porch safe so the whole family could relax outside. Both the couches and dining table on the porch made breakfast, dinner, and evening hangouts so lovely. Kim was also so thoughtful to leave us a small gift upon our arrival that we enjoyed as well! And the code on the door made check-in easier than having a rental where you have to go somewhere to pick up a key. Overall this is the best beach house we've stayed in in Ocean City in the past six years. Thank you again, Kim & family for your hospitality!

Clean property with excellent communication with the owner. Great location with easy access to the boardwalk. Loved the childproofing accessories!

We rented this beautiful beach house for a long Labor Day weekend. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Even gave us a gift card to a local coffee shop. The house itself was very modern and clean. We would definitely rent again for sure.
