About this apartment rental
This gorgeous 4 BR / 4 BA is located in Ocean City, NJ in the North End neighborhood, 1.5 blocks from the beach. Home is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings, two-family vacations, or just a weekend away with family & friends.
Home has a huge open space living area plus a very spacious outdoor patio stocked with a brand new Weber grill.
Key features:
*Upper unit of a 2 unit home, with individual unit spanning 2 floors. This does require walking up 2 sets of stairs to access the unit and there is no elevator.
*Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs with king bed, full bath, and small private deck for morning coffee.
*Junior Suite: On main level with a Queen bed and small private balcony.
*3rd bedroom: Main level and has a queen bed with twin xl trundle bed.
*4th bedroom: Main level and has 2 sets of bunk beds.
*Home is stocked with smart upgrades: Nest A/C, keyless entry, and Smart TVs in all the bedrooms. Living room has a new 65” Smart Tv with sound bar.
*Includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach tags and beach cart.
*Kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo coffee maker (Uses both K-Cups and regular filters), Vitamix Blender and separate wine and mini fridges.
*When you come back from a day at the beach there is a bathroom and shower in the garage area to clean up before coming upstairs.
*The huge garage has plenty of room for 2 cars.
*Home is very kid friendly – full-size crib (avail upon request), pack n play, kitchen booster seat, board games, toys and books.
*Location is in the coveted North End of Ocean City -- a 5 min walk to the boardwalk and beach, close walk from there to Brown's Donuts, boardwalk shops and all the fun Ocean City has to offer.
If you need to work on vacation or are looking for a fall get-away to mix work and fun - house has high speed wifi and a dedicated workspace. We provide plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters on the beds, but please remember to bring your own linens, bath towels and beach towels for your stay. Linens and blankets can also be rented locally and the owner is happy to provide recommendations.
To preserve the integrity of this luxury rental for all guests, we do not allow senior week, prom, or other underage groups, enforce a smoke-free environment, and do not allow pets of any kind.

The west coast families came east to get together with the Philly crew for a long weekend at the shore. It was a comfortable walk to the beach and boardwalk with plenty of beach chairs, toys and bogie boards in the wagon. The large sofa in the living room allowed all of us to gather around to watch the Phillies. The young kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds and the upstairs bedroom suite had room for the infant to sleep in a provided Pack and Play and Slumber Pod. The house was perfect for our family get together!

This is a great property and communication with the owners was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the accommodations provided for our baby.
