About this house rental
Large Dutch Colonial. Large dinning room that seats 14-16. 8 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom/apt on first floor with separate entry. Nice for active Grandparents, not handicap assessable. 4 bedrooms on second floor all with flat screen TV's and 3 bedrooms on third floor. Perfect for all the kids. All 8 bedroom have a TV, cable and WiFi. and best of all, all bedrooms have a full bathroom!. I do NOT rent to High School Seniors or anyone under 25 years old. Please do not contact me to ask if I rent for Senior Week, or Prom. Linens not included for this rental. You must provide own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Check in time 3pm check out time 10am, Unless special provisions have been made with owner. Offstreet parking available for three small cars or 2 large.

Family was getting married close by and we live 3 hours away. House was perfect for our large group and all the kids. My only small complaint is it’s a bit old looking which we saw in pictures and that’s ok but a little grim from the age of some things. Rest just needs updated like kitchen but very spacious and accommodating for large group. Almost woulda paid more to have sheets and toilet paper also but overall served its purpose!

We rented this home in 2024 and 2025. We are a group of longtime friends (7 couples) and the place is perfect for our needs. The house provides everything we need for our visit to OC. The kitchen and large dining area easily fit our "crew". Add in the bedrooms, each having a bath/shower, plus other room to spread out and all our needs are met.Jen, the host, is also very responsive.Hoping to be back in 2026!

The good - Perfect location, great setup for large groups. Good communication with owner.
Beautiful older home but beds are very uncomfortable and there ere some carpets that have seen better days.
