The home is located only a few houses from the quiet north end of the boardwalk. With over 2,500 sq/ft of living space there is plenty of room for your family to spread out and take advantage of the units 2 levels. Brandon was very responsive to all communications. This vacation rental had the ideal layout for a group of seven adults. We had ample space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch off the dining & living room was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location was ideal, offering easy access to everything we needed while being set in a quiet area close to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone planning to stay in this area.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Brandon’s house for our son's first birthday celebration! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. The spacious layout was perfect for our family gathering, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company.The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The stunning outdoor space provided a lovely backdrop for our birthday festivities, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the ambiance.Our son had a wonderful time exploring the space, and the memories we created here will last a lifetime. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and care that the host put into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.We can't wait to return for more family gatherings in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!The host Brandon was great at communicating from the moment we booked until the moment we made it home!

Very frustrating that check-in information was not provided until the morning of the arrival day! The house itself was wonderful - fully appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils and updated appliances. Location (1 block from beach) was superb. Can strongly recommend!
