Prime Location! 5 Bed /4 Bath Condo 6 houses from Beach & Boardwalk! 2500 sq/ft

Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned before using. The bathrooms had not been cleaned, surfaces were dusty and it appeared the house had not been cleaned before our stay. The top floor bedroom bathroom shower sprays out of the shower with the door open, you must stand in cold shower until the water warms up.

Nice condo, great location, reasonable price. What else can I say?

Brandon was very responsive to all communications. This vacation rental had the ideal layout for a group of seven adults. We had ample space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch off the dining & living room was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location was ideal, offering easy access to everything we needed while being set in a quiet area close to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone planning to stay in this area.

The location of the rental was very good & the house had a lot of space, which works well for a large group.However, there were several issues that were disappointing. The second en suite bedroom (not the master, but the other en suite room) appeared to have had a leak at some point. Part of the ceiling showed visible water damage with cracks and flaking paint/plaster that had clearly never been repaired. It also looked like the leak may have affected the bed at some point because the quilt had staining consistent with water damage. It was not something I would feel comfortable sleeping under.The carpet on the stairs leading up to the second-floor entry was also very dirty with numerous stains and could really use a deep cleaning or replacement. The outside front deck was filthy as well upon arrival.There was also a communication issue regarding the rented sheets and towels. The homeowner did try to make the situation right, which I appreciated, but the issue was discovered the day we were moving in and left us scrambling to find towels at the last minute. After the homeowner attempted to correct the sheet issue, there were still two twin sheet sets missing, so again we had to scramble to purchase additional bedding ourselves. A small refund was provided for the missing sheets, but the amount refunded seemed low.Overall, the house had potential because of the location and amount of space, but the cleanliness, maintenance concerns, & linen issues need to be addressed
