Our beautiful home comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with 5 spacious bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms (PLUS a private seasonal outdoor shower with hot water) for your family & friends to enjoy privacy, comfort and luxury.
Beach chairs, beach tags, bikes, video games, smart TVs, spacious bedrooms, two living spaces, books & board games, pack n play, feeding chair, an outside enclosed shower, parking and OCEAN VIEWS! This home has it all.

Exquisite 5 bedroom, 2 full bathroom second & third floor family home in the Gardens. Starting at the ground level you have a beautiful enclosed outside shower and off street parking. Head upstairs to a spacious front porch with OCEAN VIEWS and enough space for everyone to enjoy the ocean breeze together over a glass of wine complete with propane grill.
Inside authentic coastal charm and character await, complimented by modern luxuries. A well-appointed living room with a smart TV, cozy sectional couch with pull out sofa bed and swivel chair welcome your family to relax together. An open floor plan reveals the large dining room featuring a beautiful gas fireplace. Continue to the newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, complete with a washer and dryer and plenty of storage for laundering. This level also showcases 3 private bedrooms, each with a QUEEN sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstand and closet. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the hallway completes this level of living space.
Go up a short set of stairs to find 2 additional bedrooms, another full bathroom and an additional living area with a smart TV for guests to spread out and relax. This level is perfect for an entire family to share for ultimate privacy. The primary bedroom features a KING sized bed, two nightstands, a smart TV, a chest of drawers and a closet. The "bunk room" features two FULL sized bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The additional living space with a TV, makes for the perfect spot for children to watch a movie, cozy up with a book or board game or even play video games after a fun day at the beach. This upper level features a newly renovated full bathroom with a large and beautifully tiled walk-in shower complimented with a luxurious rainfall shower head.

5/5 Stars: Truly Enchanting Stay!This charming beach house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the property felt clean, welcoming, and truly enchanting. Located on a quiet street just two blocks from the beach, the location was perfect—close enough for easy access, but far enough for peace and quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with excellent bedding that made for restful nights. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway!

The rental was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The bikes were a bonus as we rode every day. The beach chairs were also very welcomed. The porch was also a big asset. With the weather getting cooler we spent a lot of time there. We did have a little trouble one night with the door lock, but even though it was late, Sarah responded immediately and helped us resolve the problem. She and her husband were terrific hosts.

From the moment I sent my first inquiry, Sarah (the owner) was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful. Her attentiveness truly set the tone for our entire experience.The house itself is a charming, older home that’s been lovingly maintained. It was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to games that kept us entertained when the weather took a turn.Although Hurricane Erin brought some unexpected rain and wind during our stay, Sarah didn’t miss a beat. She was in constant contact, offering thoughtful suggestions for indoor activities and local spots to explore despite the storm.We still had a fantastic time, and I can’t recommend this beach house enough. Between the comfort of the home and Sarah’s top-notch hospitality, it’s a perfect getaway — rain or shine!
