About this apartment rental

This is a custom home. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Nice large front porch with a table for outside dining as well as a sitting area. Located 1 block from the beach. Parking for 2 cars in the back of the property off the alley. You can park your car and walk everywhere!! Walk to the beach, the boardwalk, the amusement park, Miniature Golf, 2 blocks to the tennis courts and basketball courts. Walk to restaurants and the downtown area, the location is so convenient to everything the town has to offer!! Weekly rentals only during June, July, August and the first 2 weeks of September. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Guests must bring their own towels and sheets.

Nice property, great location. This home was perfect for our visit to OC. Well kept, good beds, very clean and nicely furnished. At the price we rented, we should have been given beach tags for the week. The coffee pot was an old Mr Coffee and there was no hair dryer in the home.
