Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices.

Set against the scenic backdrop of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains, Legacy Villas offers spectacular vistas from every corner. Guests can indulge in 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, maintain their fitness regimen at the gym, and enjoy communal barbecues and a clubhouse. The place was very nice very clean and centrally located. Beyond what we ecpected.
The host was very accommodating. We forgot all etho g on the fridge so they let us go back and retrieve it.
Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay. Great weather compared to San Diego this time of yr.
Only hiccup was we tried to get in our place early to drop off our stuff. Was told there was a fee so we declined. Then we were emailed a bit later saying they were comping us early check in. Our thoughts are if room is ready why charge?
Upcharge ?? We’ve stayed here a bunch and never was there a fee for early entry with other companies. Not a deal breaker. Just saying.
Loved the unit though and will come again.
