Legacy Villas at La Quinta - Luxurious Mountainside Oasis Adjacent to The La Quinta Resort and Club.
Stunning Remodeled Luxurious Villa near Clubhouse - Ground Floor (Sleeps 6).
Our beautifully furnished villas feature 10ft. ceilings and 1300 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Kohler fixtures, high end linens and towels, and scenic views create a spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.
The living room as well as the master bedroom open through charming french doors onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The king master suite contains en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.
Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including two lap pools, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, social room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, two Pete Dye championship golf courses, and tennis courts for rent.
Other things to Note
Main Renter booking the Villa must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
House Rules
No smoking and no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For Coachella/Stagecoach, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
Interaction with Guests
Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

Beautiful villa with seemingly all new dishes, glasses and utensils which make eating in very enjoyable, if you choose to do that. The master bed was very comfortable, we didn't use the second bedroom. Two nice outside decks to take advantage of sun or shade. All of the several pools and hot tubs are heated. The main pool is large and kid friendly. The several others are smaller and seem to be occupied by mostly adults. Beautifully landscaped grounds with several paved sidewalks, even though there is little traffic. Very pet friendly and everyone staying there were super friendly too. Easy walk to the LaQuinta resort if you want meals out. Also very close to old town LaQuinta and Trader Joe's. We hope to make this spot an annual winter get away.

The unit we checked in to had an air conditioner problem, and Dan quickly arranged to move us to another unit that was even nicer than the first one. My daughter and her family were in another unit and we had a great get together for her husband’s birthday.

Great place, clean, easy check-in and check-out process. It is two bedrooms with a futon in the living room, at first thought it was three beds but it ended up being fine.

I can only say good things about the experience, from beginning to end. Making the reservation through Michelle was flawless and she was very helpful in finding the right units for me and my family (my wife and I; two grown daughters and their husbands; three grandchildren). Greg, the manager, was always available for the minor issues we had: key code needed to be reset; we ran out of paper towels.
The units were clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. The sound proofing is excellent. We could barely hear our grand kids in the upstairs unit. The onsite facilities were also well kept, the pools and surrounding area are terrific and we all had a wonderful time.
