The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

Very difficult to initially find the villa. Especially at night.

The rooms were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed. Property was beautiful and better than pictured. the only negatives were the living and kitchen spaces don’t cool as much as the bedrooms, and the shared bathroom shower had a serious draining issue, but neither of these were deal breakers. Overall would recommend this unit and property!
