The Space:
Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa located on the ground floor. Fantastic mountain views as well as tranquil views and sounds of nearby fountain. It is a very short walk to the main pool.
The living room has a flat screen TV located above the gas fireplace. Dual master suites, each has its own patio, fireplace, bathroom and private entrance. Both master bathrooms include a beautiful walk in shower and a large soaking tub. This property features 1 King bed and 2 Queens as well as a sofa bed in the living room. This villa includes a washer and dryer for guest use and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable!
Two dogs under 50lbs are welcome with a nightly pet fee and management approval.
Full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities including 12 sparkling swimming pools, a large fitness center, and clubhouse!
Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!

Stayed with a group of girlfriends. It was very spacious and clean. The place is a bit dark but the price was right! Check in was super easy and Legacy Villas was beautiful!

We love this area and the condo was in a great location on the quad, nicely kept, and the property manager very responsive!

Bbq Didn’t work but property management came and re placed right away. Unit definitely needs some cleaning! Food on wall, dust on wood blinds so thick you can write your name on them dusty artificial plants, dirty fans!
Location is great and amenities great. Property management easy to communicate with but definitely needs to monitor the cleaning service.
