The living room is outfitted with cozy furnishings including a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The kitchen fully stocked with upgraded appliances and all cookware needed for a comfortable vacation. Both private patios overlook one of the sparkling community pools, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and palm trees. Two bedrooms each have comfortable King size beds, Smart TVs with cable, in room gas fireplaces, and en-suite bathrooms with garden tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a conveniently located bathroom across the hallway with a tub/shower. This property also comes with a private washer/dryer, perfect for extended stays!
Guests have full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities- including a fitness center, 12 pools/spas, and an onsite weekend cafe! Also enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!
