Old farmhouse located in the heart of the Pyrenees, in the village of Cadéac les Bains, between the Aure valley and the Louron valley, our gite offers you great amenities.

It is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance, a toilet, a living room with lounge, meal and kitchen. Enjoy its beautiful living space, equipped with its stereo and its oak table for 12 people. Then extend this moment of conviviality by the fireside, with home cinema, while being comfortably seated on your sofa.
The first floor gives you access to 3 double bedrooms, a large shower room-laundry room and a toilet.

Ideally located, the village of Cadéac is close to many places and activities:
- 3 minutes from the village of Arreau with its quality weekly market and its exceptional built heritage
- 8 minutes from the village of Saint-Lary-Soulan with its ski resort and ski lifts, spa center, outdoor activities and quality weekly market
- 18 minutes from Loudenvielle with its teleport for the Peyragudes ski resort and its Balnéa spa center
- 24 minutes from the ski resort of Peyragudes
- 25 minutes from the ski resort of Val-Louron
- 35 minutes from the ski resort of Piau-Engaly
- 35 minutes from the Spanish border its summer activities
Located at the bottom of the valley, your gîte is easily accessible, with snow-cleared roads in winter.

We discover magnificent lake landscapes where torrents and bodies of water follow one another, in particular the lakes of Orédon, Cap de Long, or Aumar and Aubert. The great Pyrenean passes such as the Aspin, Azet, Peyresourdes, and Tourmalet passes among others are all within reach.
The Aure Valley also hosts many cycling events, including the mythical Tour de France. Moreover, Saint-Lary is located on one of the roads to Santiago de Compostela.
