The new year is available again but rental is only weekly during this period.
Rent 280m2 house on 2900m2 of land located on the heights of Arreau in the High Pyrenees 5min walk from the village center with a 360 ° view of the mountains Arbizon and the Col d'Aspin.
The house with a large capacity consists of a fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, induction hob, raclette, fondue, party pancakes) opened on a dining room of 65m2, 50m2 living room with a stove, the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms of 15m2 with double bed in 160, 2 bathrooms with WC and finally on the 2nd level a dormitory with 8 beds in 90. Duvets, pillows and bolsters are provided.
It is located 10 minutes from the gondola of Saint-Lary, 10 minutes from Lake Loudenvielle and Balnéa, 20min from Peyressourde / Peyragudes and Val Louron, at the foot of the Col d'Aspin. It has a large south-facing terrace and parking for cars.
High season:
- Christmas and February 2000 € week
- short stay 300 € night Min 2 nights
Average season
- summer holidays 1600 € week
- short stay 250 € night Min 2 nights
Low season
- Easter and All Saints holidays 1400 euros
Associated services
- bed linen and towels are provided for long stays in addition to 10 euros / person for short stays

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit aux écuries de Lisa mais nous y retournerontplus.longtemps avec plaisir ! Le gîte est PARFAIT : grand, spacieux, très bien aménagé, décoré avec goût. Nous avons réellement passé un excellent séjour. Merci !

Hemos ido un grupo de 16 personas, entre adultos y niños y nos ha gustado mucho la casa. Es amplia, cómoda y bien preparada. La zona es muy bonita. Es una casa que nada más llegar sabes que repetirás.

Accueil très agréable /Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison .Rien ne manque .Trois tables extérieures pour accueillir 16 personnes ,permettant de changer de vue sur la montagne.!Nous ne pensons qu’une chose :Y revenir une autre année..Félicitations aux propriétaires
