About this house rental
Come and spend your holidays in our beautiful family home, which has kept the charm of the old and its breathtaking view of the Louron valley and its peaks!
Ideally located, a few minutes walk from Lake Génos and its water activities, 2 km from Loudenvielle (stage village of the Tour de France in July as well as the UCI MTB World Series on the ascent) and its shops, Balnéa and all the sports and fun activities offered at the bottom of the valley (paragliding, mountain biking, guide office, gondolas to access the resort of Peyragudes...).
The place is composed of a main house (sleeps 10), "Les Capucines", and its independent "Barn" (sleeps 6).
Ideal for large family or friends going on holiday together but each wanting their own space, while sharing (or not) the terraced garden and its large play area at the back of the houses.
Les Capucines has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, 2 toilets, a living room with wood stove, a kitchen / dining room.
The Barn is composed of a large living room leading to a kitchen and bathroom with WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, separate toilet.
Both houses are fully equipped: appliances, TV, Wifi, garden furniture, barbecue ... etc... books and games are also available, thank you for taking care of them!
Garage accessible to store skis, bicycles...
Rates include current charges (Water, Elec, Gas, heating in winter) but cleaning is not included and must be done at the end of the stay.
Regarding sheets, duvet covers, towels, you can:

- or contact us
