About this apartment rental
A large luxury duplex, in the heart of Luchon to meet up with the family; parents, children, grandchildren, everyone will find their place. The joy of reunion in comfort and relaxation. A friendly space close to all the pleasures of the mountains and a lively spa resort in summer and winter.
A beautiful living room composed of a dining room and a kitchen open to a comfortable living room with flat screen TV.
- 6 bedrooms and a "dormitory" area for the happiness of children
- 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets.
A beautiful, comfortable and functional apartment, completely renovated, designed for holidays with family or friends, with all the facilities necessary for a pleasant stay. Impeccable bedding installed on your arrival, a neat decor, a discreet neighborhood, the concern to welcome you in the best conditions.
This duplex is modular and can be reduced to 120 or 95 m2
In addition to accommodation:
- In winters, the interior courtyard is used as a private car park
- In summer the inner courtyard is reserved for convivial meals and table tennis games.
- Another free public car park is 100 m away
- A secure bicycle and ski room is available
The price includes the rental of the accommodation but also the local taxes as well as the charges (water gas electricity). All bedding is provided and installed before your arrival. Towels are also provided as well as the basic products. During school holidays we will favor a rental period of 7 nights minimum. Departures and arrivals are preferably on Saturdays.
Situation:
The residence is located a stone's throw from the market square, the church, and the alleys of Etigny. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the cable cars (Superbagnères station) and barely 15 minutes for the thermal baths. It is a quiet area away from the bustle, but close to everything ... (shops, cinema, restaurants, pharmacy, outdoor activities ...) and where you can do without a car ...
Transport:
1 shuttle stop 2 steps to reach Peyragude and Saint Gaudens stations as well as the thermal baths and the vaporarium.
20 minutes by car from Peyragudes / Peyresourde station
10 minutes walk from the cable cars to the Superbagnères station

We spent one week in February 2025. Everything was perfect for our skiiing week with 8 adults and 8 children from 3-10. The hosts were delightful, making sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay. We would come again (to check out group photo has made it to the wall!)

Accueil très sympathique par Renaud qui a été aux petits soins pour notre tribu d’amis (16 en tout). 8 enfants et 8 adultes qui ont pu trouver leur place avec aise dans ce magnifique grand appartement rénové avec goût et dans lequel il ne manque rien ! Très propre, litterie de qualite, vaisselle en nombre suffisant et petites attentions du propriétaire ! Tout est accessible à pieds dans Luchon et les ballades - rando sont nombreuses aux beaux jours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir tester la saison d’hiver !!

Intérieur très agréable, lumineux, propre, de bon goût, très bien aménagé... Bref, un bon lieu de vie à plusieurs ! (même avec enfant).
Tout l'électroménager est en très bon état et amplement suffisant.
Télécabine pour la station de Superbagnères accessible à pied en 5 minutes !
Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeant.
