In the Peyresourde pass, the Peyragudes ski resort is located between Luchon (16 km) and Loudenvielle (13 km).
We offer you a 77 m² apartment with a capacity of 10 to 12 people in the Le Desman chalet in the Hameau de Balestas residence (Peyresourde side).
The apartment with its private entrance consists of:
~ SAS ENTRY with a storage unit for shoes, skis, cleaning equipment.
~ GROUND FLOOR with:
- A corridor leading to a bathroom and a separate toilet,
        - A large room with a kitchen area (equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a dining area with table and chairs, '' a seating area with a convertible sofa (140x190), a television, WiFi Internet access.
- A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed
- A bedroom with bunk beds (2x90) + 1 pull-out bed in 90
- Large balcony / terrace with view of Val Louron and the Peyragudes resort
~ 1st FLOOR with:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed + 1 x 120 bed
- A mountain corner with 2 single beds
- A shower room + separate WC

The apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, a clothes horse and baby equipment: bath, changing table and mattress, travel cot and 2 high chairs.
A garage is available free of charge.

In addition to the rental price:
- 70 € for bed linen '(sheets, pillowcases + tea towels + bath mat except hand towels)
- End of stay cleaning possible with a supplement of 100 € (to be paid upon delivery of the keys)
- Tourist tax 21 €

Close to the residence is the stop of the free shuttle which will drop you off every 5 minutes at the foot of the slopes.

The Peyragudes resort will offer you many activities in summer and winter.
Thus, in summer, the slopes and the snow give way to a green setting, and paths to explore. In road biking, mountain biking or even mountain biking, the valleys around the resort are full of paths, passes, descents, undergrowth just waiting to be discovered! You can also enjoy several other activities.
