Ground floor: well equipped kitchen-dining room, with pellet stove, laundry (washing machine, dryer), shower room-wc, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm), lounge (bar and beer pump), pellet stove, Wifi, TV, Bluetooth speakers with USB plug, electronic darts, independent relaxation area (optional: 30 € / day): sauna, treadmill and shower. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 180x200cm) 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 180x200cm, 1 bed 90x200cm), shower room, wc. Electricity included. Wood heating charged according to consumption. Cleaning option, sheets and towels. Tourist tax. Small animal accepted after prior request from the owner. Come spend a holiday with family or friends, in a quiet, comfortable and spacious cottage equipped with a sauna (optional extra). In a typical farmhouse in the Pays de Caux, you will be warmly welcomed by Rudy, the owner who will share his passion for Normandy and for his agricultural activity. The animals (cows, rabbits, ducks and chickens ...) near the house will make the joy of the children who will be able to visit them. You will also appreciate the location dute, ideally located to shine to the pretty seaside resorts of Normandy (Etretat, Fécamp, Veulettes-sur-Mer, Dieppe ...) or enjoy the various leisure activities nearby (ski-boating, paddle boats, sailing, bowling , summer toboggan on Lake Caniel 5km, golf St Riquier 4km).
