Welcome to this authentic family home in the Pays de Caux, a spacious and welcoming property ideal for multigenerational stays, family gatherings, or groups of friends.

The house offers 8 bedrooms, 10 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large enclosed garden of 3,900 m², perfect for children.

Located in the peaceful village of Le Bourg-Dun, the house is just 3 km from Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer beach (10 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike). You will also be close to Veules-les-Roses and Varengeville-sur-Mer, two highlights of the Alabaster Coast.
