I’ll start off by saying we have had a negative experience to the extent we didn’t stay at the property for even one night. On arrival we discovered that the bed count didn’t coincide with the description published online. And we were in fact left with insufficient bed space for the amount of guests booked. I highlighted this issue to one of the hosts who has offered to arrange a mattress to be brought over in lieu of a bed. I didn’t feel this was appropriate to our needs. I explained the description online and kept screenshots of everything only to find that the description was changed by the hosts whilst we were still at the property. I have kept copies of this too. Having continued to complain to the hosts they have insisted that they are in the right and the property description is entirely accurate. We have declined to stay at the property and the hosts have immediately stated that we would not be getting and kind of refund. I have taken the complaint forward to VRBO and have found them to be most unhelpful as all they will do is refer you back to the host who have already stated their position. So they have made thousands from us and not had to provide any real service. There is insufficient bathroom facilities for the amount of guests they claim they can accommodate, insufficient seating in the living room area. The outdoor seating was old and dirty and the swimming pool is deceptively small compared to the photos. Please research properly before deciding to stay.

Le séjour était parfait je n'ai rien à redire sur la maison. Tout était absolument conforme aux descriptions et même encore plus beau en vrai ! Belle propriété au milieu de la nature avec tout les équipements possibles pour passer un super moment ! Merci encore pour l'accueil et les petites attentions :) Nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre amis !
