The accommodation
You will find a private garden of 2000m² with 3 exteriors:
- A fenced area with an in-ground swimming pool (L6m, W3.2m, P1.52m) and its wooden terrace. The pool is heated from April to the end of October (25C max) and secured by a shutter that folds and unfolds electrically
- Sunny grass terrace all day for lunch/dinner with Weber BBQ (charcoal not provided) and garden table for 14 people, a side table for 4 people and its cantilever parasol. Garden furniture for 7 people completes the set
- Outdoor ping pong table

On the first floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), microwave, oven, dishwasher and American fridge. A large table for 6 people
- Dining room with table for 14 people. 2 high chairs for small children available
- Living room and its sofa bed of 140x200 cm overlooking the garden. TV with Netflix / Disney + / Prime video.
- A laundry room with washing machine / dryer
- A shower room
- 1 bathroom and its toilet
- A bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm and a bench that can be converted into a bed of 90x200cm
- A bedroom with a bed of 140x200cm with its table football. There is also a sofa bed of 140x200 cm
- A 2nd shower room with WC

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom with its 160x200 cm bed, a bench that can be converted into a 90x200cm bed and its cot for baby and its changing table

The house is on the outskirts of Criquetot l'Esneval and 15 minutes from Etretat and its golf course!

Tesla Wall Connector electric charging station. PLEASE NOTE additional costs: 10 euros per day for a recharge from 10 pm to 6 am. Unidentified vehicles cannot recharge.

Truth Facts: The 2 stairs to go upstairs are a bit steep.

The house's alarm/remote monitoring system is equipped in the A camera (not a camera) paired with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
In case of an alert, a photo is taken to confirm the problem.
If you wish, you can put a cloth on the camera.
