- HEATED swimming pool in front of the house and its garden furniture for 7 people with cantilever parasol and brazier (wood not provided) to end the day

On the first floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge cabinet. A small table for 4 people
- Scullery to store groceries with washing machine, dryer and wardrobe freezer

- Entrance and its corridor leading to a toilet and upstairs
- Living room and its sofa bed of 160x200 cm overlooking the garden. TV with Netflix / Disney + / Prime video. OUTDOOR ping pong table and table football
- Living room overlooking the garden with its 160x200 cm bed, a 100x200 cm convertible armchair and its cot with bars for baby
- 1 toilet and its washbasin

On the 1st floor:
- White room with flowers with its 160x200 cm bed, a 100x200 cm convertible armchair and its cot (another travel cot is available) and its bathroom with Italian shower and WC
- Azure blue bedroom with its 140x200 cm bed and bathroom with shower
- Turquoise blue bedroom with its 140x200 cm bed, a 100x200 cm convertible armchair and its bathroom with shower
- Magnificent veranda of 28m2 overlooking the property and the gardens with its dining table for 10 people and its living room for 5 people
- 1 separate toilet

On the 2nd floor:
- Magnolia bedroom with its 2 beds 90x200 cm (or 1 bed 180x200 cm), a sofa bed of 100x200 cm and its bathroom with shower and toilet
- Purple bedroom with its 160x200 cm bed, a 100x200 cm sofa bed and its bathroom with shower, toilet and changing table. It has a 2nd bedroom away from the master bedroom with a trundle bed with 2 mattresses of 90x200 cm. Perfect for parents and their toddlers or teenagers
