On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and upstairs 3 bedrooms and another very large bathroom with shower. Very well equipped kitchen for 16 people (raclette sets, fondue sets, Nespresso coffee makers, filter, dishwasher, oven, 2 refrigerators...) You will share your convivial meals on the large dining room table. Barbecue and wooden tables on the south-facing terrace, sheltered by blinds. The enclosed garden of 1000 m² is embellished with a heated swimming pool from mid-April to mid-October (depending on weather conditions) in Bali stone surrounded by a second terrace. In addition, table tennis table and swing to entertain your children.

On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 90cm single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140cm double bed and 1 90cm single bed and a travel cot. La Flemardière is located in Varaville, a seaside resort on the Côte Fleurie, nestled between the communes of Cabourg and Merville-Franceville. The commune is divided into two areas, one is by the sea and the other, 4km inland, in the heart of the Marais de la Dives.

The first landing sites are 20 minutes away by car.
A new aquatic centre has just opened its doors a few minutes from the house (wellness area, outdoor and indoor slides for young and old).
Arrival times on weekends: normally 12:00 on the day of arrival and 20:00 on the day of departure.
Arrival times for weekly rentals: normally 5:30 pm on the day of arrival and before 10:00 am on the day of departure. (I have 2 other cottages with swimming pool: the turret on Periers in a trough for 18 people and the Corniche on Houlgate for 15 people, which you can also find on Vrbo).
