This house offering a large accommodation and an independent or independent F2 depending on the needs, offers more than 200 m² to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 23 people, it consists of:
• A first floor with entrance, shower room, equipped kitchen with dining area 4 seats, dining room with table for up to 18 guests, living room with TV, Box WIFI, sofas and armchair and F2 at the end of the house. Access to the F2 can be done from the inside or through an external door, this F2 has a kitchen equipped with dining area 6 seats, a living room with TV, sofa, armchair and sofa bed, a large bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a toilet complete the equipment.

On the right:
A small space for work with a desk and a chair, then a dormitory area with 1 double bed 140*190 and a single bed, then a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190) and a single bed. After this room you will find a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (separating partition for privacy) and the last bedroom on the floor with 1 double bed (140*190) and 1 single bed.

You will have a laundry room with washing machine + dryer if necessary,
green spaces with sheltered and closed kiosk to sit, garden furniture, 1 gas and 1 charcoal barbecue, 1 mini football field, Ping Pong table, swing swing with swings and slide, bicycles...
