For a short stay, definite YES

The water parc is really nice with lots of options for kids but also for adults. You have a very diverse food option if you want to eat out and the fact that they have a local supermarket can be very helpful. We have rented bikes during our stay and I can stay that it payed off as not everything is very close to the cottage so you can enjoy both a bike ride but also the comody of going faster from point A to point B.

I booked our stay through booking and I felt that not everything went smoothly in terms of check-in and also reservation for bikes and electric cars. I feel the prices are a bit too high so be prepared to spend some more money as besides the water park which is for free, the rest will take a big chunk from your pocket. Regarding the cottage, a reccomandation to invest some money in a bigger TV for the living room and to clean more often the walls as we saw quite a lot of marks on them. The bathrooms are clean but they need to be refreshes soon.

Honest opinion

The pool was fantastic. The buffet was very nice. The views was amazing.

No entertainment at all after 8pm. No entertainment for adults full stop. No food or shops open for late arrival and after a certain time. No staff on at the hotel after 10am Breakfast was basic and not very nice. Very expensive if you don't go out of the resort. Be aware of parking.

Pros - fantastic Aqua Mundo with great water rapids. We LOVED it.

The cottage could have been cleaner. It was adequate but was not as clean as we are used to.

Brilliant would defiantly go again

The ease of everything. We had a 2 year old with us who was kept entertained the whole time. The pool facilities were really good

Slightly disappointing

Travelled for a wedding in a nearly village. All local hotels were fully booked ( or closed ) so booked this place mainly due to its location

Very impersonal. Stopped in what was described as a hotel on booking.com but in truth it was just rooms on the Centre Parcs complex.

It was comfortable but a lot of work needs to be done to make it worth the money

It was nice but nobody came to clean our cottage eventhough we did go to information and ask. The staff at the gate/entrance were friendly but check out was just putting your keys into a box, a bit informal for the amount of money we paid. Also we asked for a cottage that was revonated. Our cottage has damp on the walls in the living area. Also there was cracked tiles on the swImming pool floor. We made the most of our holiday and did enjoy it but we wouldn't book this particular center parcs again.

We could have been provided a sweeping brush and pan so I could clean the cottage myself as nobody was coming to service it. Having new clean towels without having to pay for them would be nice A laundry service would have been really good At cleaning service would have been really nice

Séjour agréable, malgré quelques restaurants fermés.

Service petit-déjeuner copieux, je suis fan de la marmelade d'orange et de la brioche quel plaisir, ingrédients que l'on ne trouve pas dans les hôtels en général. Rien à redire sur les équipements.

La signalétique, nous sommes arrivés à la tombée de la nuit, celle-ci est illisible et mal indiquée, il faudrait qu'elle soit réfléchissante afin d'éviter de se perdre, quand on arrive pour la première fois. Peu de précisions de la part de l'accueil à l'entrée du parc.

La chambre hyper bien située environ 7 minutes à pied du dôme, chambre hyper propre, calme, très bon petit déjeuner, restaurant il giarno conseillé très très bon, attention à réserver vos restaurants sur place en avance, hôtel propre agréable

La nature était magnifique aux couleurs d’automne . Avoir un cottage au milieu de la forêt et au bord du lac était très agréable.

Le niveau sonore de la piscine est limite supportable.

Agréable mais parc vieillissant

Le cadre en forêt avec le plan d'eau.L'emplacement du logement éloigné du dôme mais dans un environnement agréable, entouré d'arbres et bien orienté. Les activités pour les enfants. Tout est fait pour rester sur place et occuper grands et petits, plutôt les plus jeunes.A cette période certaines activités sont moins agréables, pédalos notamment. L'aquamundo un peu vieillissant mais de quoi s'amuser.

Le logement vraiment défraîchi, peinture écaillée surtout dans la salle de bain, peu d'équipement pour préparer les repas. Un débit d'eau vraiment mauvais, compliqué de faire la vaisselle et encore plus de se doucher. Une baignoire à" bulles" n'ayant sans doute pas servi depuis longtemps et dégageant une odeur nauséabonde quand on enclenche le système et laissant échapper des moisissures par les bouches d'aération, baignoire ne pouvant se fermer, l'eau s'écoule aussitôt. Le parc est ancien, logements, infrastructure dans leur ensemble, jeux pour enfants à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur du dôme,l'aquamundo ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Nous avons vraiment préféré Le bois aux daims. Le prix est vraiment excessif pendant les périodes de congés et n'est pas justifié par les prestations. Beaucoup de monde mais à cette période c'est prévisible. Peu de sièges pour s'asseoir autour des bassins et des chaises en plastique inconfortables. Toutes les activités supplémentaires sont payantes et onéreuses, par exemple le trampoline à élastiques 10 euros les quelques minutes...la même activité est généralement facturée la moitié de ce tarif en bord de mer en pleine saison estivale.

L'environnement: la forêt toute proche. La grande piscine avec ses activités. La literie de qualité. La location bien chauffée.

La vétusté de certains appareils ménager: Le micro ondes très bruyant. Les pieds du réfrigérateur rouillés. Le support bois du lavabo abîmé. L'écoulement de la baignoire bouché malgré une première intervention du service de maintenance. La plupart des activités sont payantes ( mini bowling, mini golf...).

Pas assez de choix sur les restaurants ( pour les végétarien ou les personnes qui mange pas de porc) Restaurants fermé les vendredis et dimanches donc pour un week-end il reste pas bcq de choix.. a parc le Quiq et la pizza ( menu avec que du porc pratiquement) C est vraiment dommages Les indications pour la sortie en voiture sont pratiquement inexistants.

Le cadre est super beau dans la forêt au calme. Trouve tout sur place dans tout les budgets. Logement bien conçu et bien équiper. Personnel au top très accueillant et aimable. Le spa est au top du top très beau et bien équiper.

Le volume sonore dans le dome et le trop grand nombres de personnes à choisir autres périodes moins fréquenter. Porte du cottage difficile a fermer trou dans la terrasse dangereux.

Vraiment pas à la hauteur

L'amabilité du personnel et l'emplacement proche du dôme. La boutique de vêtements est très sympa et accessible ainsi que le personnel aimable.

Le logement soit disant VIP NEW DESIGN...? De quelle année ? Logement très ancien en mauvais état et non entretenu. Très peu de vaisselle et en mauvais état également . Literie peu confortable . Concernant la douche les parois laissent couler l'eau en extérieur, la cuvette des WC cassée, le lavabo bouché... La terasse n'est pas entretenue même sâle... un transat cassé, la table bancale. Concernant les activés tout est payant et vraiment hors de prix.. Ne parlons pas du prix du tabac au bowling + de 18€ le paquet. Quand au carrefour express c'est plus du double des prix.. abusé... Beaucoup trop de monde dans l'espace piscine tout le monde se pousse ... les transats jamais accessibles, réservés avec des serviettes et jamais personne dessus... Pas du tout ce à quoi on s'attendait. Première et dernière fois à center parc.

Rustig en kindvriendelijk verblijf in het groen, met veel waterpret

Snel bij Aqua Mundo bent zonder lange wandelingen (maar toch geen geluidsoverlast hebt van het zwembad). Les Bois-Francs heeft meerdere buitenspeelplekken en er is een indoor speelruimte. Veilig en autovrij gebied hebt rondom de cottage dus je peuter kan buiten een beetje rennen zonder verkeer in de buurt. Bosrijke omgeving waar peuters naar hartenlust kunnen gaan ontdekken.

Eetgelegenheden sluiten relatief vroeg Veel restaurants en afhaalpunten in Les Bois-Francs zijn dicht tegen de tijd dat je peuter slaapt. Dat betekent dat je óf vroeg moet eten óf zelf moet koken in de cottage. Krakende deuren wat niet ideaal is als je net een peuter in slaap hebt gekregen. Geen airconditioning. In warme periodes kan het binnen vrij benauwd worden.
