Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this beautifully appointed retreat features one of the largest balconies in town, perfect for soaking in the sights and sounds of the beach. For added convenience, the unit includes keyless entry for an effortless check-in and check-out experience, along with a reserved, covered parking space.

Living, Kitchen & Dining
The living area offers a cozy and inviting space to unwind, featuring plush seating, a sleeper sofa, and breathtaking Gulf views. Whether you're curling up with a book or simply admiring the waves, this space is designed for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, a Keurig, a traditional coffee pot, and stainless appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area offers a convenient space for gathering, located just off the kitchen, making mealtime effortless and enjoyable.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom has been fully remodeled, offering a double vanity and a spacious, tiled spa shower, providing a luxurious retreat after a long day at the beach.
The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, creating a comfortable space for guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, along with an additional half bath for added convenience.

Important Information
Parking
One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $40 plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Great beach view. Very clean and great communication with Signature Properties. The condo was very nicely decorated compared to others where we have stayed. All the furniture was comfortable which is also not always the case. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Also Signature was very helpful and professional. We were very disappointed regarding all the restoration being done at the property during our stay. We feel we should have been notified of all work being done before we made our final payment. We would have hg doopyktg cancelled our stay
