Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. This unit is also just one condo away from the parking convenient!!
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your grilling your BBQ.
Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! Two Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The floor was not clean and the mattress in master was a hard spring mattress. Other than that, nice place to stay.

The beach was wonderful. Checkin and out was well communicated and painless. Only complaint was the room was a little dirty. (Cobwebs)

Pool is always nice, except weather didn’t cooperate this trip. We had one good day on the beach. Waves were rough though with white caps. There’s not a condo without a view at Phoenix X. Condo was nice & tidy, but floors were not clean.

Great view, good parking, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Old outdated appliances. Creaky beds and furniture. Mildew on shower curtain was gross. Overall, just ok, wouldn’t come back to this particular unit.
