Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. This unit is also just one condo away from the parking convenient!!

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your grilling your BBQ.

Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! Two Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Pool is always nice, except weather didn’t cooperate this trip. We had one good day on the beach. Waves were rough though with white caps. There’s not a condo without a view at Phoenix X. Condo was nice & tidy, but floors were not clean.

Great location next to Flora-Bama. The pool area was nice and well kept. We had no issues at all. The place could use a little updating, but that's being a little picky. The patio furniture is nice... but uncomfortable. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

The property was fine. The condo could use a refresh. The furniture in living room and all of the beds were not very comfortable. Found dirty dishes in the cupboards. The main bath shower did not appear like it could get really clean and the shower curtain liner was dirty.

Room is perfect location can see straight onto the beach and all the way down to the east. Room was clean and fully equipped with necessities for cooking. Only downside is they say do not ask for early check in. So arrived in orange beach and had to find something to do for 2 hours because check in is not until 4:30pm

I would say that the cleanliness of the rental is not great. You pay a huge fee for the cleaning to be completed and it’s not. The floors were dirty, bathtubs were dirty (and did not drain during your shower which is nasty), walls were dirty, towels and wash cloths had stains. I get that it is hard to clean in the turn around time but, needs to be better or have more than 1 person clean for the amount each renter pays. Our code did not work upon arrival. The group at the check in counter was more friendly and helpful than the renter.

I emailed the property owner 1 week ago and he has not responded, So I will be 100% honest with my review. Condo is nicely furnished but is not cleaned well. I had to mop the entire unit after we discovered our feet were black on the first day. Owner never responds to emails from either myself nor Vrbo. Rug full of sand. We took it out to shake it out. Condo in nice location but we won’t stay here again. Never received the rental agreement even after Vrbo emailed him to send it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility and beach overall were nice. Our condo was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed-not well maintained. We had to wipe everything down and wash the dishes prior to use. There was food still on what was supposed to be the clean utensils. The clothes washer was dirty and grimy. The filters in the closet were packed with dirt-which is a hazard. The kitchen cabinets had food dripped and caked on them, as well as a make shift coffee pot that had pieces from another coffee and did not work. The toaster had food on the outside of it. The walls had smudges of food on them and drips. The trash can was dirty when we emptied and took the trash bag out of it-had to be dirty when the trash bag was put in there for our visit. This was the condition of the condo when we first arrived. This condo needs some help-start with the master bath. The floors are gross and the door is falling apart. A new shower should be on the list as well as getting a shower curtain that makes sense-or get a shower door. The patio doors had smudges and dirt-they could use some Windex or glass cleaner. For the price we paid-it could of at least been clean!

Overall the condo was nice, there were a couple issues but nothing major. The coffee maker had the wrong coffee pot in it so I had to get creative to make it work, and the foot stool in the living room was busted, and the weather stripping on the front door was falling off, and the sliding door to the balcony needs some attention. The location of the condo was nice

The location next door to the Florabama was great for walking up to the beachside bar to get bushwackers! The only complaint was the lighting in the front bedroom. We called maintenance for a fresh lightbulb, but that didn’t make much difference. We would definitely book this place again.

We arrived in our condo on a Saturday. The first thing we noticed was the light was out in the bathroom. With no windows in the room it was completely dark. I called the number on the refrigerator for maintenance, but it said they were closed until Monday. My husband replaced the bulb with one from the vanity light. No one ever called or came by to fix it. Called Monday because the TV in the master bedroom wasn't working. Again, no one ever called or came by to check on it. Bathroom was borderline clean. The actual Phoenix X was awesome. We loved the updates made to the pool area. Would definitely come back to the Phoenix X, but not to that condo.

Everything was perfect except if you book through Brett Robinson your parking passes ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price (which they told us they were) Definitely not Phoenix’s fault! We also got a surprise visit from Riley Green 😝 He was staying there too!!!!

The only issue we came across with this property was the cleaning lady. Check out was 10. At 930 she sat outside and made rude remarks, made loud phone calls about how we had to leave, and the dirty looks were insane! We left at 10 and my friend ran back to grab a pair of shoes from the bedroom: the cleaning lady FLIPPED OUT. I have never been so uncomfortable at a place that we paid extremely well money for. Property manager was great very nice! He just needs to find a new cleaning girl!

Change the doors on the frig to other side-very awkward.The sofa was not only "sprung" on the one half of it, it also put hundreds of black tiny pieces of plastic on clothes and skin. Not sure if sun disintegrated it or what but quite nasty.Need better quality of cake/cookie pans and those pans used 1x-became darkened and I was unable to shine it up again. One of the plates had a bad chip on it..we were unable to use.Potato peeler is unusable. Does not peel anything.Door into master bath is flailed at bottom due to some kind of water damage.Everything else was great. The sofa is by far the first thing that needs to be fixed/changed.Thank you! Janet Reed
