There’s plenty of room for your family or friends to stay right on the beach in this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium. This condo sleeps eight and is on the 5th floor of the Phoenix X.

· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, granite countertop, and tile backsplash
· Kitchen bar has four bar stools and the table in the dining area has seating for six
· Full size washer and dryer
· King size bed, DVD player, and access to balcony in the master bedroom
· Master bathroom has a shower and tub combo and a granite countertop
· Gorgeous gulf front view can be enjoyed from the balcony with a table for six
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This condo was exactly as the photos showed on the listing. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. The check in process was easy and we loved the covered parking. Would definitely stay here again.
