Cocoonr offers you this house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, on the seafront, a 5-minute walk from the superb Chevrets beach. With a surface area of 80 m² and able to accommodate up to 5 travelers, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower.
- a laundry room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with three single beds (90X200).
- Shower room with towel dryer, WC.
For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine.
Enjoy the sunny days on the south-facing terrace, equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and an electric plancha.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment. The shops in the center of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher's, chemist's, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away.
The Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away, St Malo Intra Muros is 10km and Cancale 10km, Mont St Michel is 40km.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large shed opposite the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 15 minutes by car (10km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport about 1h15 by car (81.3 km)

- The house is semi-detached. Next door, the Pilotine sleeps 4 and can also be booked directly through Cocoonr.
- This house is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
- Self check-in required : You'll be able to access the accommodation independently, with a key box on site.
