About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this seaside house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Chevrets beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a living room, a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A shower room.
- A utility room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with three single beds (90x200).
- A bathroom with a heated towel rail and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: a dishwasher, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
You can make the most of sunny days on the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric griddle.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Coulomb in a very pleasant setting. The shops in the centre of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher’s, chemist’s, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away.
Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away; St Malo Intra Muros is 10 km away and Cancale is 10 km away, whilst Mont St Michel is 40 km away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large shed opposite the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes’ drive away (10 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes’ drive away (81.3 km)
On site, the team from Cocoonr – the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals – will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

L'Ecume We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with our host Emilie, was excellent. She was was approachable and helpful. The house itself was very well equipped with good quality fittings . Indeed the beds, & bedlinen were equal to a top quality hotel and in a wonderful position near a lovely beach. We would love to visit again.

L'Ecume This house was perfect for our family. The house was spacious, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and had quiet surroundings. The beaches nearby are incredible. St Malo and Cancale are just a few Kms away! We would definitely come back here!

Nous avons apprécié la décoration, le style ancien préservé et le calme. Localisation parfaite pour nos randonnées sur les sentiers côtiers avec des paysages magnifiques.
Le seul bémol est la qualité de réception des chaînes de la TNT. Il aurait été préférable de passer par une box TV avec la fibre existante (plus besoin d'antenne hertzienne).
