About this house rental
Ideally located at the exit of Argelès-Gazost (1km) at the foot of the Hautacam, great services, capacity 8 to 10 people:
In the heart of the Gaves Valley, between the Luz and Cauterets Valleys, in the Hautes-Pyrénées, authentic barn of 160m2 completely renovated, surrounded by its 3000m2 park facing an unobstructed view of the Pyrenees.
The accommodation:
On the first floor a large living room with sofa bed and fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, piano stove 3 ovens, dishwasher and microwave oven, and fully equipped kitchen. (toaster, coffee maker....)
A bathroom with jet shower and toilet as well as a cellar with a 9kg washing machine
- Upstairs 3 large attic bedrooms as well as a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a toilet.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200
2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140x 190
A wide corridor welcomes
2 single beds in 90x190 for complement if needed.
Outside: beautiful sun terrace equipped with a plancha facing a magnificent view surrounded by mountains
Ideal location to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature and activities while being next to the center of Argeles Gazost at 1.5 km
Activities close to cycling, mountain walking, Canyoning, Rafting, Canoeing, Hydrospeed)
-Tree climbing at 800m (Chlorophyll course),
-Swimming pool slide (water follies 800m)
-Thermal baths and relaxation (the Jardin des Bains 2 km away)
-Casino and Cinema
-1km from the Coulée Verte, cycle path that connects Lourdes to Cauterets
-9km from Lourdes (the Grotto, the wood and the lake, the Fortified Castle, the Pic du Jer...)
- the ski resorts of Barége / La Mongie 25min, Luz Ardiden, Cauteret and Garvarnie, Pont d'Espagne
-Visit of the Donjon des Aigles and the Pyrenees Animal Park 5 minutes away.

Weekly rental only: 980€ from Saturday to Saturday.
The keys are collected on site by a concierge service.
Deposit cheque on arrival 900€ (not cashed and returnable on return of the keys and subject to the condition of the state of the outgoing inventory)
2nd deposit check on site of 150€ (returnable depending on the state of cleanliness at departure)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully refurbished barn. Full of character with exposed beams, it is extremely well furnished and equipped with an excellent kitchen ( with an enormous fridge/freezer). A perfect location for a cycling holiday with the Tourmalet, Hautacam, Luz Ardiden, the Aubisque and Soulor all within riding distance. Highly recommended!

A beautifully converted barn in a quiet location near Argeles-Gazost for amenities. Rooms were to a high standard with excellent shower and jacuzzi bath. The owner was most helpful with our various questions and responded quickly.
We found the property to be a great central location for cycling all the local famous cols.
