Spacious and welcoming, it offers 200 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it combines comfort, tranquillity and top-of-the-range leisure facilities: private heated swimming pool, tennis court, games room, large outdoor areas and views of the Pic du Midi.

- A large 70 m² living room with sofas, television, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds.
- Bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200).
- A study.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, cot, high chair, iron and ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer.
