Cocoonr is pleased to offer this elegant house for rent in Pouzac, set in the heart of a vast, wooded park covering 9,000 m², just a stone’s throw from Bagnères-de-Bigorre. Spacious and cosy, it offers 200 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, it combines comfort, tranquillity and top-of-the-range leisure facilities: a private heated swimming pool (available in August only), a tennis court, a games room, large outdoor areas and views of the Pic du Midi.
The house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large 70 m² living area with sofas, a television, a fireplace (wood not provided) and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds.
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
- A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200).
- A study.
- A bathroom with a bath.
- A shower room with a shower.
- A separate toilet.
Additional facilities: barbecue, plancha, cot, high chair, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer.

The house is surrounded by a magnificent 9,000 m² wooded park, ideal for relaxation and walks.
You will also have access to:
- a 9,000 m² enclosed garden surrounding the house;
- a south-facing terrace (15 m²) with furniture
- a 15 m² balcony offering a panoramic view of the Pic du Midi
- a private heated swimming pool (4×8×1.5 m), fenced and secured, open in August (weather permitting)
