Cauterets chalet high standing

LISTED PRICE IS ONLY FOR LOWER FLOOR! When we tried to book for 2 families the VRBO booking form showed a very low price. Then, the host tripled the price (x3!) because of the size of our group and we needed the whole chalet. The lower apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, bathroom, kitchen/living area (1 double sofabed), and patio, all handicap accessible. It is completely separate from the upper apartment, which has 3 bedrooms (2 twins, 2 twins, 4 twins), a kitchen/living area (2 double sofa beds), balcony, bathroom with tub.Plenty of space, parking, fully equipped (take your own bedding and towels). It is about 20 minutes walk from the telecabine (mostly flat). Nice electric heating. The host is communicative, though the booking process was not easy as we had to go back and forth several times about the price--it seems that they wanted to get the maximum price possible without having clear parameters about how much each night in each apartment was.
