Size of unit living area, very modern and clean inside
The main balcony had old shades on the floor very annoying we moved them to one side also the balcony and especially laundry balcony very dirty.
Bedroom fan did not work and shower hose had a leak.

Spacious apartment with lots of windows and close to lots of shopping. and everything Nice has to offer. Quiet neighborhood.
Needs a coffee table.
