NEVADA SUITE is a very cozy studio located just 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
The refined and colorful decoration, you will enjoy this apartment and your stay in Nice. The colored keys of the living room give a lot of vitality to the main room.

The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and WC.
There is also a washing machine.

This was our 3 rd year to rent this apartment in Nice. Location and convenience are terrific. Ease of dealing with N&J staff very good. The apartment is comfortable and serves our needs. However some of the finishes and furniture are showing wear. Peeling wallpaper, loose and wobbly shower head in the bathroom are examples. But generally we are extremely pleased and hope to return again.

The accommodation was in a good location for us. Near the beach and short walk to town. It was quiet where it was. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely balcony. It was perfect for us thank you
The mugs in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned the person before us had left them dirty but this want a problem to us
