All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom for your convenience. The spacious living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. This vacation spot offers convenient beach access just steps away and features a private balcony for you and your guest to enjoy the salty breeze. ***There is on-going construction at The Palms as they replace the roof of the building. Work is expected to continue through 2025 and possibly into 2026. While work is limited to noise ordinance/daytime hours, guests may experience occasional noise and see scaffolding around the building. The beach access is still open but use with caution. The pool may not be open during this time. We’ve adjusted our rates accordingly and appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.***

The unit is large with a good lay out and has plenty of room for a family gathering. The view of the beach is great from this top floor unit. The people of RealJoy Vacations were very good and were able to get the broken tv replaced. However the condo shows a lot of signs of wear and tear and the internet did not work well at all. I had to reset it multiple times a day. I ended up using a lot of data with my phone hotspot.
