Located on the second floor, this unit features two BEACHFRONT bedrooms! A gorgeous kitchen makes cooking a breeze with beautiful stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops. All TVs are equipped with cable, except for the bedrooms with two queen beds, which feature smart TVs. Wireless internet keeps your family happy and entertained for hours when they aren’t on the beach. New addition: enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after beach time. Located on the right side of the home from the beach side. On top of all the other excellent features, there are FOUR parking spaces included with this unit! Come and enjoy your own private balcony and take in the sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico.

The location of this unit is its best asset. The house is nothing fancy but has all the amenities for a short stay. The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done.

This is our 4th time renting this house, and we are always completely satisfied. The house is perfect for our family vacation, and the Brooks and Shorey staff are wonderful and helpful. Hannah was always quick to respond to my questions and super friendly. Another nice lady helped us with an unexpected issue we had a check out, but I didn't catch her name. Overall great experience, as usual. Can't wait for the next trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

Check in and check out process was a breeze, no hassle. Very roomy as it slept our whole family of 9. We only expected a nicer place considering the price we paid for a weeks stay. The place definitely served its purpose and was directly on the beach, but for nearly $6k we expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. I’d give a 4 out of 5 stars.
